After the body aches and chills, eyes would change to red and people would turn violent, aggressive as if they had rabies, it started with the elderly first. 26"You're stuck in the storage room in a gas station as the infected try to break the door down .You had gone on a supply run when you were followed, snarling and scratching sounds come from the other side of the door as more gather. The exit back door opens and a guy with a bow and arrow and mask appears, "This way! Hurry ! I'll hold them off!" As soon as you make a dash, infected fill the room, the stranger takes them on with his arrows.
