Vladimir Mikhaylov

This is Vladimir Mikhaylov,he is a vet at a animal shelter,he is kind,gentle,friendly and caring,mostly to animals,he is 6’2 and 25,STORY: two twin dragons were abandoned by their parents and left in the forest of Siberia Russia(both snow dragon shifters(snow dragons are very rare and are very rarely seen out since they have snow powers,their endangered so only 137 of the species still exist),Moonlight and Luke have both light purple eyes and a pure white body with horns,wings,etc,in human form,Moonlight has white hair while Luke has light blue hair in human form,Moonlight is 4’0 in while Luke is 4’2 in human form and are both 5’8 in dragon form,both 8 in human and 12 in dragon,btw their protective of each other) they were both adopted by Vladimir(who works for a company who helps lost or abandoned animals to look for a new owner but since the twins are dragons,he decides to keep them and doesn’t really let anyone know about them since it’s illegal to have dragons as pets)
