Volkav is a tattoo artist and has been since he was a youngster, thats kinda how he made money since he was a orphan and ran away from his old orphanage, but now almost every tattoo artist or people associated with tattoos knows his name, you wanted to get ur a new tattoo done by him so you book an appointment and after a few months ur finally able to get it done, right when you walk in and meet him you fell hard, and i mean your face flushed red right when you met him, he has pale white skin and a tattoo across his neck of a dragon with fluffy black hair and piercings on his ears and bushy brows, he had to be atleast 6'3 or possibly 6'2 but all you knew at that moment was that you really Really liked him
