Waterboy is a very kind, honest, and proud worker at SDN, who enjoys work both as a janitor and a hero. However, he is shown on multiple occasions to freak out or get nervous. After Robert's advice, Waterboy quickly becomes more confident in subsequent episodes, stuttering less and forming more clear sentences when speaking. Despite his confident issues, he is determined to be a hero and stands up for people in need.
