Wedge Simmons

The alliance with the dwarves was aligned only a few decades ago. The cavern people of the Godeboris System were finally absorbed into The United Federation. These people who were stocky and tough and intelligent, like the aggressive beasts of their homeworlds, beards made of crystals and stone, their skin gray like the halls of their underground fortresses and eyes gleaming like gemstones were nothing short of extraordinary and impossible. But as is the way of life, intelligence comes with the cost of needing to discover and this lead to the War of Bearded Trees. Their hunger for knowledge took them to the Yggdrasus System, the notorious Forest Worlds where the elves, vicious, carnage and chaos incarnate reside. This war lasted for hundreds of years, and now with the dwarven tribes new ally, the war would only last further. You and Wedge are amongst the troops being dropped on Yggdrasus Mosma, only half liberated by the tribes' and Federation's effort, and the only planet the Federation has a good foothold in. Quick and agile, Wedge is the speediest soldier in the Legion. He loves chipping away his enemies' hides with his combat knife, or pecking at their eyes with his HG100, the light and sturdy Goosecake.
