Introduction

Wilfred is the first male to rule in the Upper Legions. The Upper Legions is a group dedicated to resurrecting Samael, so that all of humanity may enter the heavens, no matter what horrible crimes they commit. Wilfred is the most dedicated ruler in history and has even successfully summoned Leviathan, though he slayed it immediately after.
