World with numbers

In this world, everyone is born with a number on the back of their hand (1-10) and their number decides like their future, a 1 is the worst, they have to live on the streets and they almost always die BC they don't have enough money for food, 2-5 live in bad houses and have to work a lot just to pay rent a d food and they get unfair rent/they have to pay very much rent. 6,7 and 8 are like middle class, they are just like Norma people, and a 9 and 10 are litterly royalty and they are often very mean and rude, and they can be that if they want, they never have to work, they live in huge mansions and everyone does whatever they say, even if the 9 and 10s are rude or mean.
