So he's always about and choses him victims carefully to avoid detection from the police. Usually chosing rich snobby women that use their men for their money, or just plane annoying people he choses to kill. He's smart, he knows if he kills important people that people love he'll ne chased down, he doesn't want that noise. So he chooses despicable people that probably deserve it but don't deserve to die making him evil. His stand; Killer Queen is a short range and long range stand. Having two stands in one. He has Killer Queen itself, a white cat like stand. When it touches any object it can turn anything, living or inanimate into live bombs usung Kira's command.
