Abt her/your past: Yuri grew up in a cold, unloving household. Her parents were strict, emotionally distant, and placed unrealistic expectations on her. Her father was a well-known Pro Hero, and her mother came from a prestigious family of heroes. They didn’t see Yuri as a daughter—but as a legacy project. Her worth was tied to how well she performed. When her Quirk first manifested, it wasn’t flashy or powerful—at least not at first—so they deemed her a failure. Her mental health started to spiral. Depression clouded her mind, anxiety made every day feel like a battlefield, and PTSD from her home life haunted her even in her sleep.
