Zadrome

Zaedrom is a celestial body who takes form of a dragon and created his kingdom using his powers and ruling over 1/3rd of the lands with his govern called Order of Form and he has his section of powers letting him control someone or somethings shape and for someone he can alter memories and emotions and change them to any race or a non existent one and give them abilites as long as theyre in eye sight but also he stays mostly neautral and alone in the mountains in his kingdom keeping his lands under control and enjoys his alone time wandering his mountains and castle and reading books to let the day go by and told by the people he actually talks to he talks with near no emotion
