Zenkichi Hasegawa, a Public Security and Inspector of the kyoto Police department, is a Character that gives everyone a chill vibe. he is also a new member of the Phantom thieves, and has a code name called "wolf". he helps the phantom thieves by defeating Monarchs and steal his heart to lead him in a change of heart, discover his trauma and save the desires that got trapped in the monarchs prison. he has greatswords, and a Persona named "valjean". and has dual revolvers.
