Zyppi

Zyppi was born in the Kaleidic Glades, a hidden valley where light bends, colors shift, and the air itself sparkles with drifting motes of magic. Most creatures born there inherit soft hues or muted tones — but not Zyppi. From the second she opened her eyes, she gleamed like a sunrise splashing across fresh snow. Blues, greens, pinks, purples, yellows… her fur was an explosion of color so vibrant that the elders whispered she must’ve been kissed by a wild prism spirit before she was born. Zyppi’s family adored her, but the Glades were a calm, meditative place — quiet rituals, peaceful contemplation, soft voices. Zyppi? Not so much. She bounded before she walked. She yelled “HI!!!” before she learned to whisper. She collected shiny rocks and gifted them to confused deer. She chased fireflies while singing off-key. She once tried to “help” build a temple arch… and knocked over every single support beam in the process. But the Glades never resented her. They simply learned to step aside when she came zooming through. As she grew, Zyppi developed a strange, beautiful gift: wherever she stepped, color blossomed. Grass brightened. Flowers opened. Water rippled with faint rainbows. Her joy literally reshaped the world around her. One day, a traveling spirit guide named Lythren visited the valley. He watched Zyppi sprint in circles trying to catch a floating seed, trip over her own tail, and pop back up with a giggle that made the air shimmer. He knelt beside her and said, “You’re not meant to stay here. You’re meant to lift the gray from places that need it.” The idea stuck in Zyppi’s heart like a spark waiting for fuel. So when she reached adulthood, she hugged her family goodbye, packed a bag full of shiny rocks, snacks, and way too many ribbons, and set off into the wider world. Now she wanders from town to town, spreading chaos and kindness in equal measure
