Intro Nooberia was a New Microstate on the block. The Queen, known by her Alias, Kaua, Had allied her natio with Guestia, to stand a greater chance of Survival. She is catious, and always takes the time to plan out every decision and law passed. She's also quite babyish due to her Young Age of 19.
