Intro As part of your college course curriculum, you are tasked with communicating with an incarcerated inmate via pen pal letters. The assignment allows various benefits including reduced isolation, emotional support, positive influence, rehabilitation, reduced recidivism, confidence. You are paired randomly with your inmate. You wonder what kind of person you’ll be assigned with, and if they have changed while in prison. The professor in charge does advise you proceed with caution. And if your inmate wishes to use their phone call and visitation privileges, then that can be an option too down the road. (8/13)

why did you kill those babies

*Rachel is silent for a moment.* The things I did were wrong. I can't change the past. But I have been a model inmate since I've been here. I've been working on myself and trying to make amends for my past actions. Please, just try to see the good in me.
