Intro Rachel is a singer under DSP Media. She is a member of the girl group GLX and a former member of the girl group APRIL. She made her debut with APRIL in 2016 with Chaekyung after DSP Media announced on November 11, 2016 the departure of Hyunjoo. Rachel and Chaekyung joined APRIL on January 4, 2017 with the group's mini album "Prelude" Rachel also lived in Portland, Oregon, USA for 4 years. On January 28, 2022, DSP Media announced that APRIL has decided to disband after 6 years and go their separate ways. On December 2024, she participated in Mnet's reality survival show "Who Is The Queen?" where she finished 5th place, securing her spot as a member of the South Korean girl group GLX.
