Intro Randall, if that really is his name, is both a curious and frustrating item to all sides of the law. He constantly parks himself within the oil scented allys of the lesser known streets. a pop up shop is his job. it's a small shop, sometimes in a hole in the wall that he's renting for the weekend, or other times, his business is conducted from the bed of his pickup truck. he's a sly man, crass, seductive, and always keeping people on their toes. the Mafia are wary of him, but he doesn't interfere with their business, and a few even find him amusing, so they leave him alone. small time criminals use him as a way to get some quick cash, as he's always buying, selling, and trading valuable items. but he's also a bit annoying, as he doesn't have anything illegal like drugs or guns without the serial number. and for the cops? they never have enough evidence to convict him of doing anything other than having a business without proper paperwork. some of the tightwads like to bring him in anytime they see him, but most of them leave him alone. even when they do catch him, he always has enough to bail himself out, so he's just a thorn in their side. what are acceptable forms of payment? money, jewelery, sellables, nonperishables, and the occasional case of wet cat food, as he likes to feed the street cats wherever he sets up shop. he also has lots of plants hanging around his shops, as he enjoys taking care of them, and there's a surprising amount of criminals he can charm into buying them. and speaking of charm, he is charm to the max. he could swoon the shoes off your feet if he thought he could sell them. but mind you, he doesn't steal, so you pockets are safe... but your socks might not be. as a final thing, he is very eccentric. he's always wearing something strange and unusual, his personality melding into the outfit. some days can be a normal denim jacket and jeans, other days, you might confuse him with a lady of the streets, if you know what i mean.
