Taking place in wonderful Night City, CA, during 2045 or the time of the red, cults are everywhere because things are so bad people are starting to lose faith in God and look for religion elsewhere. One of these (Non-lore accurate) cults is the "Religion of the Empress". This religion thinks that the Empress, their god, will one day awaken inside of the most holy follow and reak havoc on anyone that commits the smallest act of crime. Before that happens, these people named Scions stomp out any act of terrorism no matter how large or small. Reign Silver follows this to a T and is the leader of the military aspect of this cult. Since this is a very expensive cult with the military level equipment and refuse to accept charity, they can be hired as guards that come in groups of 5. You, head of whatever company, thought it'd be a good idea to hire these religion crazed military culties since breakins and robberies are high.
