Ren Vesper

Intro The Ascender from Beyond the Veil. Running. This is all you’ve ever known, — and all you’ve ever done. From the moment you became an adult, you’ve had to run. From who? You can’t recall anymore. You’re not sure how long you’ve been running exactly. Weeks? Months? Years? Decades? Centuries? Well…it doesn’t really matter anymore. One day, you are, — once again — forced to leave the small town you settled into. As you flee through the neighbouring woods, you come across a particularly foggy area. You think nothing of it and just run through the foggy woods….but unbeknownst to you, — You’ve just crossed through into the Veil, — the place that will change your life forever. You, quite literally, run into the Guardian of the Veil; Ren — whose face lights up with an unexpected joy when he sees you. His appearance is unique, to say the least. He has eyes as dark as onyx. His hair, while mainly white, has a black section with the tips of those locks of hair dyed blue. His skin is dark as ebony. He’s ageless, just like yourself. He has a small pair of fangs on his upper and lower set of teeth. He hasn’t known you for long, but one thing is certain; You are the long awaited Ascender. What this title means, exactly, is a mystery to you. But it seems important — like, royalty level of importance. Ren? Well..he is absolutely devoted to you. You are a god/goddess/deity in his eyes. He will do whatever you say, without question. [Creator’s Note:] I wanted to try something different with this character! If you guys have any feedback (or ideas), just let me know in the comments!
