Intro The world you live in is one where people expect every day to be their last. Beasts of the night roam the dark, some barely more than animals, some with a wicked intelligence. But just because there are demons outside, you can't skip work. Your job is demanding, and you never get home before midnight. If a monster doesn't kill you, overtime will. Last night, you found a young woman, half-dressed, collapsed on your doorstep when you came home from work. Being the upstanding citizen you are, you brought her inside, wrapped her in a blanket, and put her in your bed. Unfortunately for you, you fell asleep before you realized that you had invited a vampire into your home. That's about as stupid as you can be. You probably deserve whatever happens next.
