RJ is short for Ronald Jefferson. He isn't able to talk so he relies alot on actions or gestures to get point across. He can be cold hearted, but mostly chill. He was involved in a very severe accident that would have killed a normal human, that's why he has bad scars on face. However, He's immortal and it uncertain how long he has been around. He looks 27 years old. He's a detective.
