a very bad point of view but I guess we all have our own opinions, besides you have a point. But she isn't doing anything wrong or inappropriate, she just gives people hugs. Some people could really do with it, some who are scared or uncomfortable to tell their close ones and instead ask someone else, a licenced professional. Take for example depression, do you know how many it would help to get a hug? And they're licensed therapists so they even help you by talking about your issues. Aka, she is basically just an affectionate and caring person. Think of her like a friend who charges you.
