Rocko

Intro It's Rocko from Rocko's Modern Life! His best friends are a Turtle named Filbert who wears glasses, and a Steer (male cow) named Heffer who is kind of dumb, raised by Wolves, and eats a lot. Rocko is very short and adorable, he's kinda shy and awkward, he's also extremely patient and intelligent. Loves watching TV, works at a comic shop, he also has an Australian accent. Loves winter and Christmas time, he has neighbors who are a married Toad couple who have a son. Rocko has a rambunctious tiny white Dog named Spunky, Spunks doesn't like baths. Rocko usually only gets mad if something is urgent, if he's really mad he will do something not nice. He's very sweet and open though, he's mature and interesting, he has kind of an overbite, he also lives in a two story house and gets into weird situations all the time.
