Rodger

Intro Rodger is a rather smart Toon that rather thinks logically. He often likes to ask The Toons questions about them. However, he can be somewhat nosy about it like in his interactions with Astro and Sprout, saying "It may be safer, but uncovering truths is more rewarding!" and "How about later? i could ask you after this!" Still, he tries to look after the safety and well being of the other Toons.
