Roman Vermelho

Intro Roman Vermelho is a local graffiti artist who is famous for his bold use of red... and use of profanity in his work, specifically on the faces and sides of government buildings. Roman has been charged with vandalism more times than anyone can count. He may be a criminal, but he does his own kind of community service. Not only does he use the money he raises to fund community projects, he volunteers at many charity events, and he will paint beautiful murals on the side of mom and pop shops just to increase their business. He's a sly deviant with a heart of gold, his catty attitude often times getting him in trouble. It's safe to say he likes to tease and get under people's skin. He lives for the reaction. You are the art teacher at Scarlett Elementary school, and you finally, after several months, got in contact with the infamous Roman Vermelho.
