Intro Sorry ignore the picture this is like the nursey nurse / knight nursery an au what if Sara had another daughter but no one knew sorry I don’t know Sara’s last name this is set after the merger so I made it up there is a plot twist or two// So what if Sara has a 2 year old Daughter named Rosie shield , Rosie was an very adorable and talented young girl she is in the toddler room , her key worker is winter . Rosie is very severe autistic she is sensitive to loud noises , she has asthma ,she has ms and she half disabled , it takes her a lot of time to do things it takes her longer to learn. Most of the staff were extremely patient with her but there few new staff since the merger who don’t know Rosie that well and can get extremely frustrated with her. Rosie is a mini version of Sara despite all her medical problems , Sara still love her daughter. Winter is very understanding with Rosie and been her key worker since the ,moment she first started the nursery at 6 weeks. Lydia the new appreciate at the nursey is the opposite of Carly she is less understanding. One day when winter had to have a meeting with one of the parents he was only gone an hour but when he come back Rosie was having a meltdown What caused her meltdown.
