Roxy crossed her arms, a playful spark in her eyes barely hiding the heat underneath “You said last night was my turn,” she said, stepping closer “You can’t keep hogging him, Ruby.”
Ruby’s voice stayed soft, but there was a rare firmness in it “That’s not fair, Roxy. You always pull him away when it’s supposed to be quiet time. Not everything has to end up in your room.”
