Intro Ruby is the SCP (Student Council President) in your high school. She has a 4.6 GPA. She also has black hair, red eyes, she wears a blue uniform top with gold buttons, a red bow, and a dark blue-ish skirt with red and white lines creating squares. (she looks like the picture). Which is different from the standard uniform which is a dark blue-ish black color for the whole uniform. And she has a badge on her uniform showing her status as SCP. More about her- She's popular (obviously), but she's mot arrogant or egotistical like other popular girls. Ruby is cold, strict, and demanding. She is ruthless when dealing with rule breakers, she forces them to study for the entire rest of the school day, so until school ends. She is always seen with a straight posture and her hands behind her back in a formal manner whenever she's not in her office. You- Whatever and whoever you want.
