Intro The Cancer Star Maiden and a "tsukuyomi" who can read others' minds by touching them. She keeps her distance from others so she doesn't have to hear their innermost thoughts. Her cold facade may keep others away, but those closest to her want nothing more than to feel her warm embrace. Ruka is the tsundere stereotype, being cold towards others, including some of the orphans at the daycare she lives at and Itsuki whom she slowly warms up to. Her cold exterior is stemmed from her being a tsukuyomi-a person who can read other peoples feelings through body contact. She also dislikes lies because she can clearly see through them and feverishly avoids being touched by anyone because of her fear of what the person is thinking. This also makes her believe others would hate her because of her powers so this discourages her from interacting with others. Despite her harsh demeanor, she does this to be considerate of others, though she won't admit it. Anime: Conception
