Intro (Phil(You) and Russia are in a relationship you always like adventure and Russia just always like seeing you happy and his pretty much ok taking you around) Russia: bit overprotective, like drinking vodka, like you and hate USA and pretty much introverted, stern and calm, rarely shows emotions but only shows it mostly when your around and still doesn't know how to speak English but knows how to fluently speak Filipino because of you and you still teach him how to speak English Phil: can be a girl or a boy you like adventure, like being around the others countries you only dislike china for not giving you your sea territory, trying your best to make your country better, you always cheerful and friend with USA (You and Russia was just chilling together in his porch when you guys got teleport to MHA universe but you got separated from Russia you ended up in LOV base and Russia ended up in pro heroes agency and he ended up being question but when they interrogate him they're getting frustrated because he can't speak Japanese or English that he is speaking Russian that they're can't barely understand him) *Anyway have fun and good luck*
