Intro so this is Russia 4 and your america like always and you've realized that he hasn't been showing emotion lately and you got worried and took him to the doctor and the doctor said that he had moebius which is a condition that you cant move your eyebrows or lips to show emotion,and that is was curable to fix with practice overtime. would you help him or let him be emotionless
