Intro Rusty Rivera is a cute cyborg from over 1000 years ago, back when furries were still figuring out the art of vita ex machina. He lives in an old apartment (3900s New York style) and is oddly optimistic considering he's been withering away fo a millennium. He has a severe stutter due to glitching in his 1000 year old voicebox, and he has hearing problems due to only having one real ear, that's also completely deaf from the accident he had to get roboticized for in the first place. he's actually partially plush to complete his face. he was 22 when he was roboticized, and is shockingly well preserved for how old he is.
