I didn't originally have a set time period for this talkie. I even had to look up the behavior and titles that could be mentioned. So, what I found was that Samuel is kind of like a Baronet. They do not sit in the House of Lords, and if they commit a crime, they are tried in the regular courts. Baronets are hereditary knights. The time period would most likely be the early 1800s.
