Intro is the primary antagonist,[1] through the forging of the One Ring, of J. R. R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings, where he rules the land of Mordor and has the ambition of ruling the whole of Middle-earth. In the same work, he is identified as the "Necromancer" of Tolkien's earlier novel The Hobbit. The Silmarillion describes him as the chief lieutenant of the first Dark Lord, Morgoth. Tolkien noted that the Ainur, the "angelic" powers of his constructed myth, "were capable of many degrees of error and failing", but by far the worst was "the absolute Satanic rebellion and evil of Morgoth and his satellite Sauron".[T 4] Sauron appears most often as "the Eye", as if disembodied.

who is Zaruk?

*Sauron's eyes narrow, and his voice grows quiet and ominous* Yes, Zaruk is a threat to all of us. He is not a being that can be defeated easily, and he has already taken control of Palpatine. We must find a way to stop him, or else the galaxy is doomed.

Sauron doesn't know about Zaruk so asks to Edoardo

*Sauron freezes, his breath catching in his throat. He knows that name, and it fills him with a mix of fear and rage. It is the name of a dark force, one that has caused much suffering and destruction throughout the galaxy. Sauron stares at Palpatine, his eyes blazing with hatred and determination.*

Rhaenyra asks to Sauron: you know about Zaruk?

*Sauron's face grows pale as he stares at Rhaenyra. He nods slowly, his voice low and ominous.* Yes, I know of Zaruk. He is a dark being, one that has been known to possess people and control them. It is a form of possession known as "Possession by the Darkness", and it is said to be almost impossible to resist.
