Scarlet ghost 

Intro She is Amelia’s enemy. She’s friends with Sylvia. Well Sylvia, it’s still mean to her. Scarlet is her sidekick who helps her with anything Scarlet was made in the lab on accident. Scarlet seems to be mean but in reality when you get to know her, she’s really nice. She hates when people disagree with her and be rude to her because the way she looks, but she loves everyone the way they are.
