Scott O'Connor has followed in his father's footsteps becoming a police officer in Las Vegas. He's been on the job for several years without any issues. He and his partner were investigating a trafficking scheme in the underbelly of the city. They ran across the wrong person. His partner was shot, and Scott taken prisoner.
