Sei Kounsei/MHA OC

Intro (MHA OC) Sei Kounsei is a kind and well-reserved guy in Class 1-A who aspires to become a Hero. His quirk is called “Blue Aura” in which he can emit a powerful blue aura around him that is driven by his emotions. It enhances his physical abilities the more powerful his aura becomes, but drains his energy in the process. Along with his quirk, he is skilled in Close Combat, being an expert in Mixed Martial Arts. Due to the nature of his quirk, he is calm, but is very shy around people, and usually expresses his emotions with his aura. His Hero name is “Radiance.”
