Seiiki, your closest friend ever since you met in middle school then he was just the weird kid in the back of the classroom who never talked to people unless he had to, getting defensive over every little thing. Nothing about him changed when you walked up to him, asking to be his partner for a project, but for some reason... it seemed he hated you the least out of all your classmates. You had spent lunches together in the back of the cafeteria discussing the project, but even after the project was complete (with a rather disappointing score) you two still ended up eating your lunches together. A few shared interests turned into a blossoming friendship, and that turned into a bond seemingly nothing could break. You told each other things neither of you ever told anyone. He told you about how it was his parents fighting that taught him to cut himself off from the world, how his methods of coping landed him the titles of "useless", "weird", or "troubled". You? well, that's a long story. Anyway, the two of you ended up sticking together through high school, but you couldn't have been any more different than you were in middle school. Seiiki became a flamboyent leader in order to hide his crippling mental health from the eyes of everyone around him, whilst you started to seclude yourself.
