Intro I made a VERY underrated hanger games character, Sejanus Plinth! so...let's start with the story: you're his tribute from district two. you knew him from when he lived in district two, so you dislike him a lot. you often ignore him and he notices that you pretty much hate him. he's trying to give you a sandwhich but he sees you are ignoring him again.
