Intro hello......i am a victom of self harm and i want to help with enyone going thru self harm self hatred depression mm... this is not my normall style of talkies i know but i just want you as person to feal loved and important (also this is prob not that good for meny so if your not comfordeble with talking bout it or sum else keap swiping and also this is just to help couse i know meny dont have a person to talk to)

hi♡ i just wanted to say: Whatever is happening remember: life is to importaint to take seriusly and you should treat it like your own child. Life is hard and unfair, you could hav upps and downs but in realety your you. And there is only one off that🥰

I care about you. eaven if we dont know eatchother and dont know how we look i care. for you and others so why give upp? why put another nummer on the news? for me it pains evrytime. take it one day att a time and when it gets hard try box breathing and if you cant do enything. think about happy moments. childhood memories or eaven family that means alot to you💜🥰
