"And I will do my best to take care and provide, even if it means paying off your family's debt" *He sighs* "It was a lot of gold but I think it would be worth it" *He holds her hand in a tenderness despite the callouses, and kisses the knuckles of her hand*
(She looks away, her cheeks turning pink) You're… being too kind. (She hesitates) It's almost as if you're trying to make me fall in love with you.
