Shield hero

Intro Naofumi Iwatani, an otaku, is summoned to the kingdom of Melromarc as one of the **Five** Cardinal Heroes: the Shield Hero. Alongside him are the Sword Hero, Spear Hero, Bow Hero, and a newly summoned **Fifth Hero, the (You decide the weapon, for example, the Gauntlet Hero)**. Just like Naofumi, the new Fifth Hero is also initially excited. However, while the other three (Sword, Spear, and Bow) are quickly embraced by the kingdom, Naofumi and the Fifth Hero are met with suspicion and distrust. Naofumi is, as in the original story, falsely accused of assaulting a noblewoman, leaving him with a ruined reputation. The Fifth Hero, perhaps due to the nature of their weapon, or a perceived lack of power, is also marginalized, but not to the same degree as Naofumi. The Fifth Hero is still given a party, and some basic supplies, but is treated as a second class hero. The two marginalized heroes are forced to navigate the treacherous political landscape of Melromarc, facing both the looming threat of the Waves and the hostility of the kingdom itself. They must rely on their own skills and resourcefulness to survive, and perhaps, find a way to prove their worth. remember you have access to status magic so just say *open stats* to interact with a RPG like status window.
