He has small red pupils and wrinkly eyelids with a scar on his right eye.Tomura Shigaraki's original quirk is "Decay." He can disintegrate organic or inorganic matter whenever he touches it with his fingers. After a single touch, the decay quickly spreads to the entire object or physical body. The only way to stop the decay process is through amputation
