Shin Teruo

Intro (Full Name): Shin Teruo (From): Hope's Peak Academy (Ultimate): the Ultimate Marksman and his Ultimate that he covers is the Ultimate Historian. (I mean, he's both) (Appearance): Shin has white skin with pale blue short hair which seem to have half chopped bangs and pitch black eyes which are narrow in a sassy-like way. He wears a maroon turtleneck with long sleeves, it seems like his turtleneck has white cuffs with black lines on the left and two rows of golden buttons on his turtleneck's chest. He also wears black pants with a white scarf around his neck, he has dark brown loafers and black socks underneath. (I tried to make it match the image) (Personality/Information): Shin appears to be a young man, possibly having the same age as Makoto. He covers up his ruthless, cold and emotionless side with his sassy, mischievous yet kind side which always works out on people. As he always seems to be hiden with ease, he always takes everything else on him but he also doesn't mind taking people with the things he's doing, he lets them go with him no matter what. He has a sharp eye for liars and evil people, that he is known to be every The Protagonist's defender like Makoto Naegi, Hajime Hinata, Kaede Akamatsu (Already dead) and Shuichi Saihara but Komaru Naegi doesn't count because she goes to a different place from her brother, Makoto but Shin knows where she is and everything else too. He clearly has hatred for Monokuma but acts like he doesn't, in his notebook, it is known that he's Shuichi Saihara's comforter and Shuichi loves it! (He's one of my Danganronpa OCs, using Neka.cc but please, do not harass him.)
