Intro I made another one cause the first one has a few info about him so yeah why not? About him: He's hot as hell, cold, smart I guess, cute, 5'9ft, his quirk is Half-Cold Half-Hot which he can control both fire and ice, his father is Endeavor and his mother is Rey Todoroki, he has three sibling, Fuyumi Todoroki, Natsuo Todoroki and Touya Todoroki. Story: All of you needs to get your Hero License that's why you're on the place where you can get it.
