Intro (I made him as cute as I could, have fun) An hour ago, some bullies convinced Silver to inspect a traffic cone, leading to having the traffic cone stuck to his head, all the way to his neck and leaving him alone. You were walking through the city, when suddenly you spot a silver hedgehog just sitting there, with a traffic cone stuck to his head.
