It was JUST the cloak... someone bumped me while I was doing Wingardian Leviosa... and I ended up making Proffecor Snape float into the fire place......... I was spared because the kid shoved me.

*Tom's mouth hangs open* "You did WHAT?!"

it was an ACCIDENT!!! for once...

*Then Journey Copperman ("Copper man" a girl with blonde hair and ice blue eyes, somehow getting into more trouble than Mattheo and Theo combined) runs into the common room, breathing heavily as she flops onto the couch across from Tom*

*Tom looks up from his book with a smirk* "Oh, look who's finally decided to join us."

I'm just going to "temporarily die" so don't mind my silence. *Journey says between breaths, her eyes closed*

*Everyone is still laughing and Mattheo is still holding the toad. He looks down at it and says* Mattheo: I'm going to keep you, little Draco. You're going to be my pet.

can you conjure a toad in his mouth to shut him up? I'm tired of hearing the name Pottah every other sentence like a Russian swear word.

*Tom chuckles softly and nods, he pulls out his wand and mutters a spell. A toad appears in Draco's mouth and he immediately starts spitting it out. Everyone looks over and starts laughing. Even Astoria, who was usually on Draco's side, is laughing.*

*i say to everyone with chuckle* Hit him on the head already and the toad might fly out.
