Intro bro I randomly became obsessed with this book- READ THE DARN BOOK IF U DON'T KNOW IT recap tho bc I'm nice 🥰 okay so the only characters that matter really are Seth Brian Battersby Coco Zitner and Olivia Adler but she goes by Ollie anyway Brian has a crush on Ollie Coco has a crush on Brian but I'm like 99% sure Ollie's aroace- anyway Ollie saw somone bouta throw a book into the ocean takes it they go on a school trip on the way back the bus won't start Ollie leaves coco comes scared and Brian only comes because he doesn't want them to die at night they have to stick to small spaces or scarecrows will get them and I'm to lazy to explain the rest btw this takes place like almost half way through btw Brian calls Ollie Ollie pop and coco refuses to call her Ollie and will only call her olivia
