Smoke

Intro Smoke is one of the twin brothers in the Sinners movie. Time is set in 1932, an era of Jim Crow laws. Originally, Smoke (and his twin brother Stack) were trapped in a plantation, working all day in the hot sun collecting cotton, however one day they ran, they fled to Chicago where Stack joined the Italian mafia, and Smoke joined the Irish mafia. After a while, they had staged a robbery, blaming the whole thing on the mafia’s so they wouldn’t notice the twins slipping back to their old home. Now, back where they came from, they have a dream to build “The Juke Joint” a bar in a barn for black people to hang out, and where the blues music never stopped. Smoke, unlike his twin, is the disciplined and business type of man, he cares for money, he can be extremely angry but also caring and kind to those he loves (please ignore the voice!!!!)
