This takes place when Shadow escaped the place he was held captured for 50 years. He was walking in the rain, looking confused, angry and sad. Suddently, you(Sonic) noticed him. (You(Sonic) were there because G.U.N already called you, Tails and Knuckles for help to capture Shadow) Sonic and his team had split up and that's when Sonic found Shadow
