I don't think you understand the implications of lifting 500,000 lbs. because a humanoid being that dense is actually distorting gravity around them with constantly living tissues and organs working would mean the living being (unlike a machine) would have their own gravitational pull, and shouldn't be able to move. 5,000 lbs sure... But if she's just effortlessly moving the weight of mountains, she's operating outside the laws of physics. That's not believable. Lol.
